Your support at negotiating the price down by $18,000 from the list price helped make that property one of the best investments I have made to date.
Part of my plan this year is to sell a couple of the properties I've held for a few years and pull out some of the gains I've made. A year ago, I would have intended to just sell the properties on my own, but with the whole system you've put in place with investors, I would be crazy to try to sell it myself. Now I see what an incredible difference it makes to work with an agent that "gets it" and knows how to really help me.

We're almost done with the small touch-ups to the property in SW Calgary, and I'm shocked at how much better the property looks with such small (and inexpensive) things being done. I now see why you made your suggestions, and I think our investment of $1,100 in the fix-ups is going to create at least a $6,000 increase in what we get for the house. That's the kind of return on investment I like.

Barb and I are building a new home and we take possession in June. We're very excited about our new place, and real estate investing has been the most important piece in making that happen. With the success we've enjoyed through our investing, and the help you've given us, I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't invest in real estate. It just makes so much sense, and you make it really easy.

Over the past four years, I have averaged an annual return of 26% from my real estate investing, and I have taken what I consider a very conservative approach. I hear most of the people around me complain about how much money they’ve lost through their investing efforts, and had I placed my money in mutual funds or stocks, I would have probably suffered the same losses. I look at real estate investing as not only much safer and wiser than the stock market, but more profitable as well.

Your ideas of where the market is going have me thinking, and considering opportunities I never would have seen on my own.
